Darren Elrod Named Vice President of Finance and Operations at PMG

Mike Craft, Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Operations Officer for Provident Music Group (PMG), announced the appointment of Darren Elrod as Vice President of Finance and Operations. Elrod will report to Craft and will oversee the company’s financial reporting, plans, policies and accounting practices.
 
“Darren previously served as Provident’s Vice President of Finance and was an integral part of our team during those years,” said Mike Craft. “As we look to the future, we face many challenges and opportunities in our business. I am confident that Darren’s experience, judgment, and character will make a big difference in how we move forward.”

Elrod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University. He began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen LLP, formerly one of the nation’s five largest accounting firms. From 1999 to 2006 he was the Controller and Vice President of Finance at PMG. He spent the last three years as the Controller and Treasurer of the National Federation of Independent Business.
