What music means to you/Why it's important: Other than my relationship with God and my relationships with the people around me, music means the most to me. I've been singing music for as long as I can remember. It's a wonderful way to unite people. I love, love, love, love, LOVE how Christian music can bring people to Christ. I totally support the Christian music industry because I know it's a wonderful tool that God uses to bring people to Himself.
Life verse/favorite Bible passage:
That's a difficult question. So many Bible passages inspire me, depending on what I'm going through. However, one of my favorites is Psalm 34. It's an awesome reminder that God is our provision. He takes care of us. I like all of the verses in that Psalm, but a key favorite is verse 18: "The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
Anything else you'd like to say about yourself: I have a passion to be a light in the dark world of the internet. There is so much terrible junk online. I'm honored to be a part of any website that glorifies God and provides positive, God-glorifying content. I know there's a lot of competition and comparison in life for who does what thing the best. i.e. The best Christian band or the best website or company. However, as I see it, if God's ok with the ministry that someone has, then I'm ok with it. We gain nothing but discouragement and division within the body of Christ when we tear down other people around us. We need to unite and fight the enemy together. Satan is always in perfect unity with his team of demons. We need to be united as warriors in Christ.
