What music means to you/Why it's important: I honestly believe that I would go crazy without it. It is my bliss and my escape. It is an avenue that I can use to praise my God. It allows me to enjoy and appreciate life. There are no barriers or limitations to music. It brings people together. It lifts my spirit and touches my heart.
Life verse/favorite Bible passage:
"The Lord is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the strength of my life;
Of whom shall I be afraid?"
~ Psalms 27:1
This reminds me that if God is my everything, I have nothing to worry about or fear, and that means NOTHING. As long as I give it to Him, He’ll take care of me. Knowing He loves me and that He takes care of me gives me great peace, and a hope that I can share with others.
Anything else you'd like to say about yourself: I love the Lord. I try to live for His glory, not my own. I have been blessed to be able to capture the intensity and emotion of a moment photographically. I try to use this gift to share His joy with others. It is my hope that I help the artists in spreading the word of salvation to the masses. I travel to many shows/events all over my beautiful state and am inspired by some of the young people I meet. I am encouraged by their devotion/love of the Lord, their enthusiasm and their hearts. They give me hope for our future.
