Kutless joins forces with Ryan Dobson

James Dobson and his wife Shirley visited their son Ryan and the band Kutless at the Orange County date of the Festival Con Dios Tour this fall.

“Ryan Dobson bunked on the Kutless bus for the Festival Con Dios Tour,” says Darren Tyler of Platform Artist Management. “Ryan and the band became friends in a hurry. It was clear from the start that Kutless and Ryan Dobson have the same goals -- to partner with youth leaders to help change the lives of their kids. It’s clear that Kutless’ powerful stage presence and Ryans’ passionate message are a great match. That combo is something we want to continue.”

Dr. Dobson and his wife dropped in to see one of their son’s gigs and were excited to see a band out there sharing the gospel to packed venues and seeing the kids really taking in what they had to say. Ryan Dobson enjoyed the time so much that he has agreed to take a place on the upcoming X2004: Kutless Presents the Sea of Faces Tour this coming Spring. Ryan was quoted as saying, “The Kutless guys are awesome to be out there with -- they are funny and a whole lot of fun to be around, but more importantly I see how much that God has anointed them and given them favor to take the platform that they are taking with the modern day culture!”
