Blindside cancels European tour due to war in Iraq



Blindside's record label, Elektra Records, has cancelled all international touring plans for its entire roster of artists, due to the impending war in Iraq. This includes Blindside's scheduled tour of the U.K. and Germany (cancelled tour schedule is below).

Regarding the situation, the band stated, "This is obviously a situation outside of our control. While we would love to undertake this tour, in the current climate, the safety of the band and crew is the first priority for all of us. We all hope this situation can be resolved quickly and we can return to Europe soon."
