Joy Williams appears at Movieguide Awards

Dove Award nominee for New Artist of the Year Joy Williams recently appeared on the 10th Annual Movieguide® Awards in Los Angeles, presenting the award for Best 2001 Movie for Mature Audiences and performing two songs from her debut album.
The prestigious Movieguide Awards were held at The Skirball Center in Los
Angeles. Upon arriving on the red carpet, Joy was photographed with actors and producers and interviewed by such media outlets as the Hollywood Reporter, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, and The New York Post.
Hosted by Sony country music recording artist Collin Raye and former E!
Entertainment host Suzanne Sena, the three-hour award show will be broadcast
on PAX, TBN, and NOW-TV in Canada. The Movieguide Awards celebrate Hollywood's best family and inspirational movies and television programs, and the executives, producers, directors, writers and stars who made them. See www.paxtv.com for local airtimes.
After completing last fall's successful leg of the Oxygen Tour, Williams
is again touring with Avalon and Mark Schultz on the tour's spring leg. She
was also recently nominated for a New Artist of the Year Dove Award by the
Gospel Music Association.
