Well, hopefully by now, you've already absorbed "Our Favorites of 2006" that we, the staff of CMCentral.com compiled and posted for your enjoyment. Now, since this is a community-driven website, it's time to get down to what really matters: YOUR favorites of 2006.
This year, to facilitate the 3rd Annual CMCentral.com Music Awards, I decided to set up an online survey for you to log on and vote for your favorites in the key catagories. In hindsight, I realized that this perhaps wasn't the best idea, since it opened the voting up to the world and the world is full of SPAMMERS and Street Teams who suck the very life blood from the community that we've worked so hard to cultivate here at CMCentral.
Regardless, the earnest voters prevailed and the results have proven once again, that we are a rather diverse community with tastes that tend to be more eclectic than the industry gives us credit for.
