What Are You Made Of?

Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. (Genesis 1: 26, 27)

It was about 2 ½ years ago when God gave me the revelation from this passage, one that has totally transformed my life. In the Lord’s creation of Adam, He helped me see the power that He has made accessible to me.

He said “Micah, I created you in my image and likeness.” He revealed to me that I should have all of His traits: character, integrity, anointing, etc.  I was then able to understand that being filled with the Holy Spirit grants me the power to do everything that is required of me to fulfill His will.

Scientists have discovered that the earth is literally being held up by sound waves. We now have scientific proof that in the beginning God spoke “Let there be” and things manifested. We are floating on the sound waves of the voice of God! Amazing. Since this revelation, my approach to life is different. Now I speak to those things that stand in my way to try and destroy the purpose of God for my life. The Bible says, “Death and life is in the power of the tongue.”  I now realize my words have tremendous power. Why? Because I am created in the image and likeness of my Father, “a chip off the old block!” What are you made of?
